New base package won't download
I got the most recent Logos update to load today, but I also purchased Lutheran Bronze earlier this afternoon and that won't download. I have a working internet connection, Windows 7, and Logos is occasionally a touch slow but I've never had this problem before.

I suppose I should mention I've closed and opened Logos a couple times, no change, and restarted the computer once, no change.

It might be, when I look at my order history it shows up as ordered but when I look at the page for Lutheran Bronze, it's still offering to sell it to me, and when I looked at my resources list (as shown on another current thread about bibliographies) it doesn't show up. Is there some kind of lag in the system?

This is unusual. My purchase is now showing as purchased. And.......... It's now downloading.

I upgraded to Lutheran Silver yesterday, and also purchased the free book of the month and the Zondervan Reference Collection, and my purchases are not showing up. Yesterday my Logos program updated itself, it's on 5.2a SR-6 now, but no Silver, no ZRC, no free Walter Bruggemann. It's been a day. Is this becoming a consistent problem? I've restarted my computer a couple times since the purchases.
