Please enable offline typo reporting

I am often reading in location where I don't have connectivity and so am offline. In these cases, the report typo menu item does not appear. It's too bad because I cannot report the typos I encounter in such situations and I am not about to start keeping lists for later. But what about enabling reporting typos even offline and have Logos intelligently wait for re-connection to send them?

Yes, I agree with this as a great suggestion. On a similar vein which has been requested before is to allow for typo reporting when reading on an iPad. I pretty much do all of my reading on my iPad these days and often see typos but I can't report them. I can imagine both of our situations happening in significant numbers across the entire Logos community.

Agreed, add the Android app to that!

Yes, I agree this is important. But it isn't likely to get seen by Logos in the General forum. Post it in Suggestions, or better yet create a UserVoice item for it (if one doesn't exist already). Actually, I just checked, and one does exist already. Has only one vote, so needs more attention.

Thanks. I should have thought of that Rosie. I cast my votes.

I've had the same problem as the original OP a good number of times.

Typo reporting will be available in the next beta release of the Android app...including the ability to add reports while offline! [:D] Reports made while offline will be sent the next time the app starts and your device in online. The tool will be disabled by default to keep it from cluttering up the UI for users who don't want to report typos, but you can easily turn it on from the settings screen. See the screenshot below for an example:
