Missing Some Reading Plans in Logos for iPad
My iPad/Wifi and iPhone has Logos and FaithLife installed. I see the plans update properly on the iPhone in both Apps, but the iPad Logos is missing two of my reading plans, while FaithLife on the same iPad show them. I have tried restarting Logos on my iPad and that did not help. The two missing plans are custom plans where they are set to increment once a week one on Sunday and one on Tuesday.
Since things work on my iPhone, I assume the issue is related to syncing because my iPad is often without network connection. I have not tried removing the application and reinstalling.

Have you tried recovering the plans using the "+" button at the top right of the home screen?
I sometimes find that Reading Plans disappear for no apparent reason but they are normally recoverable.

That did it. I now have two of the one reading plan and the missing one appeared too. Now I have to figure out how to delete the extra reading plan other than click 365 completions in the list view.
Looks like a bug in Logos.

You can remove it (which would get you back to where you were) by swiping in from the right on the plan and selecting "Remove"
To actually delete it, find the Reading Plan in the Documents menu, swipe right and press Delete

I did that but it still shows up on my Mac. It has been deleted off of my iPhone and iPad, but not on my Mac in Logos 5.2a SR3. How do you delete a reading list for Logos 5?

I got it deleted in Logos 5. There is a delete pop-up option from the Documents/Reading List listing.

Glad you have it working but - assuming you allowed the iPad / Mac to sync this may suggest some sort of sync problem on the Mac end.
