Which version of the app are you using on your Samsung, and is it a fresh install?
Hi Kevin, it's version 4.2.3 (Build 234). It updates automatically - had it more than a year.
Should I try uninstall & reinstall? (Just hate having to re-download resources.)
Not yet - please first attempt to open the LEB (thus invoking the failure) and then open the Help panel and select the Send Support Info item; depending on your version of Android this will send us log information that might help us track it down.
