Crash: Logos 5 printing error(Macbook)
Whenever I was trying to print the content of Logos software, there was a fatal error making Logos Bible software closed.
I don't understand why this happened all the time.
Please let me know HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM.

I assume this occurs before you have a chance to select anything under Print or Export? Some logs will help but tell us what you are trying to print/export, and whether you have a real printer installed.

From your screenshot, I tried this from several different dictionaries/encyclopedias, but could not duplicate your results on an iMac. As Dave said, we will need logs to analyze your problem. See the Mac link in my signature.

I noticed from your screen shot that there is
- no Printer detected (?) by Logos ... Hmmm how to Print (?)
What Version of Logos are you running and What Version of Mac OS X are you running on (From the screen shot, you are a Mac User)
If you can provide the details of which Resource which page(s) you were printing, some of us can simulate what you are doing to see if we can reproduce the bug, if it is indeed a Logos bug.

After having checked these blogs, I installed the utility of a printer(HP 7000).
But the problem I have wasn't dismissed.

This follows after opening the AYBD at Zaccur and almost immediately after you tried the Print/Export command. Also, you were working offline. I don't know if working online makes a difference, but you could try that. Otherwise, check that your printer works normally from other applications and report back.

I am running Logos 5.2a SR-3 on Mac OSX 10.9.3 (a beta release of OSX).

I see that the HP OfficeJet 7000 is a "wide format" printer. Does it print letter sized paper (8.5 x 11 inch)? What driver do you have installed (HP or Apple)?

1. These are the version of my own program and mac os.
2. Other documents I tried to read on papers are fairly printed .
3. I already tried this online and offline.
As long as I can remember, there was network trouble when I first had this problem.
After then, I tried to reinstall Logos 5 twice. But I cannot fix it.

I tried opening AYBD to Zaccur and go to Print/Export, both when I start Logos 5 Online or Offline, seems to be working OK (?), see my screen shots. Not sure what went wrong ... sorry.
My version of AYBD is LLS:14.0.4 2012-09-27T19:20:37 ZANCH.logos4
Have you tried printing from another resource, like a passage from the Bible.

Well...
I cannot even open print pannel you captured.
When I try to do, Logos 5 is closed immediately.

Can you post a set of logs from the application crashing attempting to get to the print preview panel?

It was my understanding the original problem occurred when hitting the "print" button, whereas now the crash occurs opening the print preview window.

I would recommend calling Logos during business hours and giving them permission to control your computer.

First let's see if you can get the print/export panel open without Logos crashing by removing the printer from your system preferences. http://support.apple.com/kb/PH10769?viewlocale=en_US. With it removed try opening the print/export panel again to see if the crash recurs. If it doesn't then you probably need to update the printer driver (http://support.apple.com/kb/PH10622?viewlocale=en_US). If the crash occurs even without the printer present post a new set of logs for comparison.
Edit: Or do as Alabama states. It's much easier to troubleshoot more complicated issues like this over the phone.
