Text Comparison Window Causes Crash

If I open the Text Comparison window as a floating window and then have it compare multiple verses simultaneously (at least three verses long [e.g. I just tried to look at John 19:19-22 with ESV, NASB, NIV, NLT, NKJV], it becomes unresponsive and Logos 5 crashes. This doesn't happen if it's the first passage I bring up in this floating window, but once I've changed the passage a couple of times, then a multiple-verse request like this will crash Logos. I've never had this happen when the window was not floating.

I'm running Windows 7 on a PC.

Anyone else have this happen? Anyone have solutions?

I got "not responding" with John 2:23–3:21 after several multiple-verse comparisons, so there is a weakness. Do you have "Show differences" turned on?

What are the specs of your machine? It would also help to upload (via the paper clip icon) the LogosError.log file in Documents\Logos Logo Files.

Yes, I did have "Show differences" turned on.

My specs and the error file are (hopefully) attached.

No crash is recorded and your computer is better endowed than mine! So this would best be resolved by contacting Logos Support and letting them log onto your computer.
