Update for Logos 5 (Windows) not working

I have Logos 5 (windows) Verbum installed, but it fails to update.
I have tried: to use the latest setup (5.2a Service Release 4 (5.2.1.0131) - it doesn't install either; to allow program past firewall (doesn't help) - all was well anyway until a few weeks ago.
I have a 4th gen laptop and a very good internet connection. The program works fine, but just doesn't update. It tells me I'm downloading updates, but even after an hour it is still at 0%.
Suggestions appreciated.

At the moment Logos Verbum is telling me I don't have any updates!?

I suggest you update using the web link whilst logging is still enabled.

Tried that. I downloaded EnableLogging.js to turn on logging, but I couldn't get it to run. I tried opening it directly, but all I got was a flash of something. Then I tried opening it with IE but it wouldn't open at all. Chrome just opens it as a text file.
Then I tried LogosSetup.exe again, but still it does not run.

Hi Rod. You have to save the files to your computer then run them. (Browsers won't let you run them from the download list).
