God Bless everybody. I tried to open the time line feature on my Mac and I got the following error message:

Timeline is currently disabled because the necessary resource is unavailable...

I have been able to use the timeline feature in the past, but for some reason it is not working.

I am running L5 5.2a SR-4 (5.2.1.0131)

I have Platinum and I also have the spanish library "Tesoro". I have also purchased the minimal cross-grade before upgrading to platinum.

Any help would be appreciated.

If the tool has worked before and stopped it sounds like a database may be corrupted. Can you post logs in the event the log will provide specific information regarding what is missing or unavailable?

It would also be good to know the support information for the required databases. If you go to the question mark in the top right of the application and and select "About Logos Bible Software" on the left you'll see a list of names. In bold you should see "Timeline" and under it the names of the files required. Can you post that information as well? THe files might be out of date. If they are, and you could try this regardless, run "update resources" in your command bar and that will look for updates to your resources/datasets.

    Tommy:

I was able to use the "Update Resources" command and it downloaded the Timeline Database.

Thank You all for all of your help.

    God Bless You!
