Text Comparison Problem in Iphone
Why can't I change the the text comparison bibles in the iPhone app? I can change them in the Logos 5 on my Mac but I can't even seem to find a place to change or add bibles to the comparison. Anyone?

Hi John. Welcome to the forums.
You get to the choices by touching the 3-horizontal-bars in the top left corner. A panel comes up from below. And 'Top Bibles' is the top of the panel. If you touch that, it'll show you collections with Bibles.
Neither the iPad or iPhone have type-in, similar to L5. Plus neither recognize tags (what I use); only collections. Plus I've no idea what the sort is, why only 5 from the collection, and how the 5 are selected (I don't prioritize them; I normally sort on name).

Thanks for the response but thats not the fix. How do I change the 5 bibles that are in the text comparison? I have two bibles in there that are a language I can't read and don't know how they got in there.

Sorry John ... no offense, but that WAS the fix ... you create a collection in your Logos5 of the 5 Bibles you DO like. Then your iPhone picks that collection up (selectable as described).

I see that is the way it's suppose to be but it's not syncing form Logos 5 to my iPhone. I use the ESV, NKJV, NASB, NCV, and NLT in Logos 5 on my Mac book but the bibles on my iPhone in the text comparison are not the same even after I have removed the app and reloaded it.
They are different bibles. ESV,NKJV,NASB, Luther Bible in German, and another version.
The sync apparently is not working.

What I did some time ago was to cycle through the five bibles I wanted to appear in the Text Comparison, making each one my Favorite Bible. For me, the Text Comparison uses those last five favorite Bibles. I made sure my "favorite" was the last one selected. Might still work.

Of course I should have written "Preferred" bible. From the settings.

Have we actually (1) made a collection of 5 favorite Bibles in Logos5 (2) let it sync (which may be an issue, as above), and most importantly (3) selected the collection when viewing the Text Comparison?
Mine works fine (#1-3); sync'ing may indeed be the problem.
