I would like to express my deepest gratitude,to all those involved to help me to use the software for my Bible study.I would like also to use this opportunity to thank to those who were diligently investing their time to help me ,who are not currently involved in the Forums.

"I can never thank you enough for all you've done for me"

For the moment some of those I could remember are:

1.     Steve Clark

2.     Kevin Becker

May the  Good God bless you Abundantly!

Blessings in Christ.

[:)] What a nice blessing this email was to read.  I thank those who read and responded to all my emails too.  I did finally settle on the orignal Surface Pro (overheater and all).

    blessings and thanks,

    Joshua

Steve was quite helpful.  I remember when I tried to do a really bad job on the Wiki and Steve gave some rather obvious training.  Very patient.  His right-clicking on a favorites folder was the best tip.

Steve, Rosie, KSFJ and others on the Wiki ... people tend to delegate to a few, and then say thank you.  I have mixed feelings about that.  It's by necessity; the Wiki is the core source; not the add-on good-practices.  Only a few have much idea how Logos works.  Giving the wrong answer isn't a big plus.

If you go now to the Wiki, Dave Hooten's name is at the bottom on the bulk of the pages, plus KSFJ.

I only built on Steve's work, bringing it as up-to-date/consistent with Logos 5 as possible. His enormous energy in creating and labelling screen shots from Logos 4 has not been duplicated for Logos 5.

Steve is still around. He just posted something today, and has been pretty actively posting over the last few months. What makes you think he'd disappeared?

Kevin has not posted for about a year (it will be exactly a year tomorrow). I wonder what happened to him? He is still listed as an MVP. Maybe someone from Logos should drop him an email and see if he's OK. Or is anyone Facebook friends with him?

Hi Rosie, thank you for the information. I have sent e.mail two times to Kevin, he didn't respond ,that makes me to think ,concernining Steve it is only to mention that  he is not seen on the Forums as active as he was on the past. When I send him e-mail he responds. But concerning Kevin, I am going to start a thread if there is some one who has information about him.

    Blessings in Christ.

People get busy. People have lives outside of Logos forums, believe it or not. I'm not posting as much as I used to either. Let them go. The only thing I'd be worried about is if Kevin were ill or something had happened to him, since he disappeared completely off the forums. We could be praying for him. Or maybe he just doesn't want to be contacted by email.

BTW, I found him on Google+ too, and he hasn't posted there since May of last year either:

    https://plus.google.com/102863582060533522397/posts

His Google+ profile gives enough info on him to pursue other searches. There are some hits on background check and resume websites for him. And here's his LinkedIn profile: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/kevin-becker/44/468/967

Anyway, there are trails that could be followed up if someone really wanted to track him down. I'm inclined to let him go. He could be creeped out by us internet stalking him if he really wanted to not spend any more time on the forums or on Google+. And if he were ill and really felt the Logos community were part of his support network, he would have had a friend or family member let us know to be praying for him. So I think we should leave him alone.

Steve and Kevin were true assets to the forums. Nice post, Tess. You too are a blessing.
