I would like to do survey for the usage of Numeral + Article in New Testament Greek.

I want to do it on LOGOS 5.

But I am a novice for this great tool, so I would like to ask you how to do it effectively.

Do you have one example so that we'll know what you mean?  Numerals in Greek were letters of the alphabet so unless you're talking about something like Re 13.18 where some texts have χξϛ rather than nominal forms of the numbers, you won't find much.

I mean such a case: the co-occurrence of numbers (e.g. pente) and  articles (e.g. tous)

The GNT is not tagged for such.  If you have AFAT, you might note that you can search specifically for numbers, but this requires that the text be tagged for such.

Louw-Nida comes to the rescue. Try  <LN 60.10-45> AFTER 1 WORD @D in a Greek bible like SBLGNT or LGNTI, where  60.10 - 45 is the sub-domain for cardinal numbers.

You can usually count on Dave to come up with an unusual new approach when all of the standard ones fail.  Good thinking, Dave.  I guess Louw-Nida can be useful after all.
