When I see a Pre-Pub saying it's shipped May 30th, does that not mean it is ready to be downloaded on that date? Please advise. Thanks!
Are you talking about seeing this on your PrePub page? Generally Yes, but there isn't anything you can do to hasten the procedure. They tend to unlock these for download in waves rather than all at once to avoid taxing the servers. However, if you are sure you haven't received something from a day or two past, give CS a call to see what they can do.
Thanks for the reply David. This is showing on my page, that it was to be shipped on the 30th. I called the Front Desk (I'll call it that) and she said though it is showing, it actually hasn't been sent out yet.
I just thought it strange in saying was being shipped on that particular date and yet they don't. I guess your answer has it summed up fairly well.
Sometimes it does take a day or two for certain things to get "pushed out the door". Logistical snags happen. Sometimes they actually reel the product back in for one odd reason or another and set a new date. Hopefully not this time.
If I haven't got it by next year this time, I'll have to call Logos again for the first time!!!???! :-}

My copy downloaded I thought friday but maybe Saturday.

Dan, I think Dave's explanation is making sense. Apparently, they do not send these prepubs down the tubes all at once. I called Logos and this gal told me it hadn't even began yet. I'm having trouble with that explanation now that you say you've received it and again, with Dave's explanation.
Ok, I called the Front Desk again and this time the guy clicked on something and now it's downloading.
It was showing on his end that it was not ready to go but whatever he did, I've got it now. Ok, everyone can stand, do three twirls - take a deep breath and proceed on as though normal.
