BUG: Problem typing Hebrew in Notes

The Tyndale and Logos Hebrew keyboards require you to press "right alt key + a" for a hatef-qamets. When you try to do this in a note it will not work; all text is selected. The Logos notes are not distinguishing between "right alt + a" and "ctrl + a"
