BUG: Navigation default lectionary layout Verbum

EDIT: I responded without noticing that this is a beta thread. I have Logos Bible Software 5.2a SR-3 (5.2.1.0107) installed on Windows 8. I chose not to delete this post in case it helps for comparison.

I believe the lectionary pane translation preference only establishes what text is displayed within the lectionary pane.

I have also observed the following:

The 'bible' opened from a bible reference link in a lectionary is the highest priority translation - unless prioritization limits are set, for a lower priority bible translation, applying to references from the lectionary resource in use.

Setting prioritization limits for a bible translation applying to references from a lectionary resource will establish the 'bible' opened when clicking on a bible reference link within that lectionary. This prioritization also establishes the text displayed for that lectionary in the lectionary pane, if the lectionary pane translation preference is "Default" (see Note).

If, yet another, bible translation is selected via the lectionary pane translation preference drop-down menu, this translation will establish the text displayed in the lectionary pane. As previously observed selecting a translation preference from this drop-down menu does not affect the translation priority for bible reference links in a lectionary.

Note: Within the lectionary pane translation preference drop-down menu the 'bible' indicated as the "Default" within parentheses, i.e. "Default (REB)", will be your highest priority translation even if prioritization limits for another translation have been set.

This will be fixed in an upcoming beta. (Specifically, it does not use the translation preference set in the lectionary--that is just for the display inside that resource--but will use your prioritisation rules, including advanced prioritisation.)

This should be fixed in 5.2b Beta 3.   [:)]

The Sacra Pagina series does not have a volume on Psalms.

I think I'll go and do a custom series out of Sacra Pagina and Berit Olam. You may want to do the same, MJ.

Definitely one of the more useful features they've added recently!
