Insert Tags in Personal Books Without Word

I use Verbum/Logos 5 on a Mac and do not have Word installed; how can I insert header tags into a personal book document without Word?

What editor are you using to create/edit the .docx file?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I have not created one yet, but have the following editors at my disposal on my Mac:
- Adobe InDesign CS6
- Pages
- Libre Office
- Calibre
- Sublime Text
- TextMate
I just need some guidance on the best tool and workflow to use without Word.

You should be able to create a fully formatted docx file with LibreOffice. I have not used that program very much, so I am not really familiar with how the header formatting works. I would imagine it is probably similar to the way it is done in MS Word. Logos will recognize the headers you format in the source document.

I believe the newest version of pages will export to .docx. I would do small experiments with that.
