Bug Report Typo opening behind main window
Today the report typo window opened behind the main window (set to full screen but not reading view).
Once the typo was reported the window came to the foreground, remained in position, and would not cancel.

I can reproduce this only in the Mac beta, and I reproduce it by creating two "Report Typo" windows. I've created a case.
Neither opens behind the main window, but upon opening the second, the first is unable to be closed. Stable Mac & both versions of Windows close the first window when trying to create another.
