Keener's 2 volumes are available in this set. The Ridderbos volume was originally included in the Ridderbos set, but it was taken out late in the process, with the implication that there was some issue with the publisher.

No problem! It came out in September, so they have probably just not updated it yet. I normally hate when a book I want gets put into a set, but the other volumes in the collection are good as well, so I was glad to have it.
