Each time I open logos 5 the software begins to index and it increments up to 10 % and will not advance beyond 10%. Slows down the software dramatically. I have included my log files as attachments to tis post (one prior to hanging while it is incrementing and the other as index has hung on 10%)

I suggest you call tech support tomorrow during office hours, and give them access to your computer for trouble-shooting.

The second log is taken within 1m of arriving at 9.8%, so it is too early to see what else may/may not have been happening e.g these programs did not finish indexing:-

So it is too early to see if AV1873 is hanging. If you have a later log just upload the file Indexer.log.

The indexer has definitely frozen with those 4 resources being indexed, but I can't say that the resources are the problem. I recommend you contact Technical Support and refer them to this thread.
