Well, i was thinking it was time to upgrade my 64MB video card and am looking for a cheaper used one. If you recently replaced your AGP video card, and it has at least 128MB memory, and are willing to sell it,,, then let me know.
Thanks! -JoeK
. . . that's what eBay is for. This is probably the only (and kindest) answer you'll get.
It might be overkill, but I have an nVidia Geforce 6800GT 256 MB AGP card I don't use any more.
I would not waste any money on an AGP card. Put the money in the bank and save to upgrade to a computer that uses a better video system. Even $30 gets you closer to a better system that will run much faster and the amount of system improvement from a 64 MB AGP to a 128 MB AGP will not help much. You are just throwing money after bad.
Awesome David. Shoot me an email at JOEKREIF AT COX.NET and your price. I really appreciate it. I am not going to be able to upgrade for another year, so i want to do all i can with what i have. I have a dual core Pentium with 3GM Ram, and i figure the video card is my bottleneck. Thanks again!
Wow, I guess someone doesn't know the general gentle tone of these Forums. First post and he's already assuming people here will ignore someone's request, or worse.
Hope you stick around longer to find out what we're really like, Ray. And I hope you have some questions we can answer. Joseph, I'm glad you found what you were looking for. Hope it helps you with your performance problems in Logos. Blessings!
Yes, Rosie, it looks like i found more than what i had hoped. This is the reason i took it to the forum before going to ebay. God is good all the time! -JoeK
Joseph,
If you are still looking for a card I think I have an old ATI Wonder card (I think it was in the old 9000 series, and has 256 MB memory). I will have to dig around for it. If I can find it I will give it to you for the cost of shipping.
Keith
Hello Keith, thanks for the offer. I have one currently in the mail to my house that David provided. If it does not work out for what ever reasons, i may call upon you. Thanks again, and Merry Christmas! -JoeK
