Two Finger Scrolling Crash: Replicated
a very easy to replicate crash is to two-finger scroll and hold the scroll And app will crash. Time to hold is perhaps 5 seconds or less. No crash report log given a I am not on PC at the moment. It is pretty easy to replicate. Let me know if it is needed And will try to post log from a PC.

Hi Chris
Interesting - I've tried to replicate this but can't.
I have an iPad Air but I would be surprised if that caused the difference.
I have tried scrolling backward and forwards and with online / downloaded resources and no crash.
Does this happen for you in all resources or just a selection?

Graham,
It does not appear to be related to a resource. I have tried Bible (english/Greek) and commentary... the same thing happens. I spent time doing a count though of seconds and I really underestimated the time to wait in my earlier email. I am counting something more like between 10 and 15 seconds now. Earlier though it seemed to be much shorter time.
The way I replicate is... two-finger scroll a bit moving the page content up once and then I do it one more time and then do not lift my fingers off the screen (no page content moving) and hold there... eventually it crashes.
Hope that helps further.
Blessings,
Chris

Hi Chris
Thanks for the further information.
I've just tried it again - waiting up to about 30 seconds and still can't get it to crash
Let's wait till someone from Logos looks at this - I expect they will want you to send them some "Support Info" after a crash but be good to hear from them first

Chris,
If possible, please reproduce the problem again and then reopen the app, navigate to Help, and tap Send Support Info with a short explanation of the issue. Please Cc: kevin (dot) byford (at) logos (dot) com in the support email.

Chris,
I am unable to reproduce this issue using the same device, iOS version and app version. Your logs indicate memory warnings but it's unclear if that is the cause of the crash.
The immediate workaround is simple - just don't press and hold two fingers down on the display if you don't intend to scroll text. If that isn't an option I suggest uninstalling and performing a fresh install of the app.
