Highlighting
I did a lot of reading yesterday on my logos app on my iPad. I did highlighting and note writing, but when I opened it this morning, nothing was highlighted and my notes were lost. Is there a way to recover this, if not is there something special I need to do when highlighting to get it to save? Any help would be nice.

Hi Kyle - and welcome to the forums
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
You shouldn't need to do anything special, notes and highlights should be synced and saved automatically.
There should be a copy of your notes documents at documents.logos.com. Can you check if the updates are shown there?

I went to the site and noticed that what my wife highlighted was there but my notes and highlights from yesterday are gone. I noticed that the options given when highlighting were different today. Today when I went to highlight i was given a list of words (options). Yesterday it was a small bar with highlight colors. Not sure what happened but I think my notes from yesterday are gone.
Another question I have is, is there a way to view your highlights and notes in a separate place that compiles them? In kindle you can just view your notes and highlights and I like this feature for paper writing and sermon preparation. Thanks,

In terms of the different options this is probably related to the different modes of highlighting.
One is activated by just tapping a highlight (or swiping a portion of text)
You get the other by long-pressing a highlight
To view highlights all in one place, use the Tools -> Highlights option (this doesn't show notes)
You can see notes and highlights in one place if you have set the app up to store both in a specific notes document

This all makes perfect sense and thank you for your help. My highlights show up in this section. The problem is when I click on the highlight it takes me to the page it is on, but it is not highlighted in my book. Is there a setting I can adjust so the highlight will show up in the book? Does this make sense?

in the resource, click on the Aa symbol at the top and then the Notes button. You will see something like the screenshot below
You need to ensure that the Notes document containing the highlight is enabled

Okay. So I thought I had this figured out, but the highlighting on my iPad is no longer showing up on my computer. It does with my wives iPad, but not with mine. i must have a setting off. Please help.

I recently changed my password because i had forgotten my old one. My new one is on my iPad, but my old one is on the computer. Could that be the problem. if so how do I log out on my computer to enter the new password? Thanks

On Windows, hold down the Control Key as you start up. This will give you the login dialog.
On the Mac OS, hold down the Command Key. If restarting from the Dock, click the Logos icon and then immediately press the Command Key. If you press Cmd first, you will be taken to the application in the Finder.
