Can't Open Logos at All. Crashes Every Time

Tried Updating as well and it tells me that I have the latest version of Logos.

A corrupt metadata update (which is now fixed) was delivered to your system.

Please open to a blank layout, wait two minutes for Logos to update metadata in the background, then reload your current layout.

How exactly do I open to a blank layout?  The system crashes just moments after I attempt to open Logos.

1. Hold down CTRL as soon as you start the software until you get the option to login

2. Tell Logos to start with a blank layout.

Just used that screen and didn't even notice that check box.  Haha!  Thanks guys.  Worked like a charm.  Mucho appreciation!

I had this issue this morning on two machines! Mac and Windows. On the Mac you use the command key instead of CTRL. I was greatly relieved that it didn't require major sleuthing to fix.The support people were great.

It is downloading updates now; it wouldn't do that before.  Thanks to everyone in this thread.  It saved me from making a support call.
