I seemed to have lost the ability to so have Logos speak the Greek Word - there is no little speaker in my info tab. Anyone else?

Claybon, you have Portfolio if I remember correctly you definitely have this functionality. Open an interlinear bible like ESV of NASB95 right click on a word select lemma then select Show information (bottom right) Info pane should populate and you should see among the info the audio icon click on it to hear the Greek pronounced.

Well I typed update into the search box - and it updated something. I am just reporting that it still doesn't work.
This (from the Beta release notes) should explain the Greek issue.
Pronunciation Greek Lemmas (Erasmian) and Greek Lemmas (Modern) are not yet supported in 5.3.

HansK was just telling you that it is a known issue, and can be found in the release notes. There isn't a need to report things that are known... unless there is something to add.
Thank you for that clarification. [:P] I am new to Logos but not to beta testing. I should have held off but I just cannot help myself it seems. So whatever Chris wrote then means its still broke - correct
I'm thinking that we may just have to wait until Beta 2 (speculating) in order to get the Greek pronunciation back. Although the resources may have been updated, the program has not. There is not "Pronounce" under the right-click menu.
It shouldn't require a new Beta. Try typing 'update resources' into the command box at the top of the application window. That issues a command to a manual update of the resources.

Forgive my ignorance. Is the modern pronunciation how modern Greek is pronounced or a modern scholarly interpretation of how koine Greek was pronounced?
It is the way modern Greek is pronounced. There is a pronunciation system that reconstructs koine pronunciation, I wouldn't have thought it'd every come to Logos but then they got Randall Buth to do the Hebrew pronunciations for Logos so who knows...
