Travelling overseas - how to access Logos while travelling overseas

Hi All,

First of all, thanks for your help in my previous query regarding installing Logos 5 in my desktop. I have done this now so thank you.

I am going overseas next week and would like to be able to use my Logos 5 in my laptop. I tried to access the software last time I went to Manila but it doesn't recognise my log in. I am a registered user in Australia. Any help please?

I've used Logos in a number of countries around the world and it works just fine. Once you connect to the internet just log on using your user name and password and it should work fine.

It should be pointed out that you do not need to log in. I find that wifi on cruise ships is too expensive so I just work offline. Our favorite cabin in Sedona had no internet at all.

Your resources will all be on your laptop. You will still be able to take notes, use clippings, and use most of the rest of the tools. Everything will sync up as soon as you reconnect to the internet.

To try this out just turn off the wifi on your laptop and start up Logos.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe the Philippines blocks Logos. May need to find a proxy from your homeland and have that set up before you leave. Most proxies are free (albeit slower).
