Beta 3 hover over word in ESV (or any others) not working

I have noticed that hovering over a word in the ESV does not produce the original language and parsing info that customarily appears. Also, the "info" tool window does not display the information typically produced.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm not seeing this in 5.3 Beta 1 on Windows so it may be a Mac-specific issue
Do you have the reverse-interlinear panel open? The hover-over parsing information is not shown when that it open.

Looks normal to me. Can you provide some more information - ideally with screenshots?

I'm not experiencing this at all. Both the hover and the info panel populate correctly. I'm running on OS X 10.10 Yosemite with the latest 5.3 Beta 1 installed.

I will upload screen shots.
I noticed that my Logos updated today with about 290 mb of "updates" and the problem began after that. (although the home page does not give info about any update)
In addition, right clicking on a word to produce a drop down menu causes the program to crash. I have restarted computer but the problem remains.
I will try attempt to upload crash log (after I figure out how to do that).
Thank you!

I'm just downloading those updates into my beta account and I'll see what happens after that!

Is this general - or a particular word in a particular resource?

I've just downloaded all the updates and still get the hover parsing info as expected.
Some screenshots would help if at all possible - for both this and the information panel issue

I see the same thing. NASB95 and NIV84 are OK.
Grace and peace!

In this screen shot, my cursor is on "Christ" in v.1 in ESV.
There is no info populating at the bottom with regard to greek word and parsing, and the info window does not contain any of that info either.
I wonder if the morph display on hover is a Mac-specific issue.
It works for me on Windows
and I can nearly reproduce what you are seeing in the Information panel by turning off a lot of options
Are you sure you have everything you need enabled there?

I am on Windows 8.1 and I didn't work for me either. I updated some resources after I noticed it, restarted Logos and now the problem is gone.

Graham,
I double checked and everything is enabled on the info pane.
I have tried updating, restarting and checking again to no avail. As it turns out the problem has increased in that every time I right-click a work in the ESV (or NASB95, etc bible texts) the right-click menu window is blank for about 2 seconds then Logos crashes.
Do you see anything in the logs? I don't know how to make sense of them at all.
Thank you very much for all of your help today.
Blessings

This sounds similar to this issue; it's a bit random for me occurring intermittently with different bibles in different panel layouts.

The crash in the log looks identical to that discussed at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/88868/625103.aspx#625103
As per Bradley's suggestion try disabling the "sympathetic highlighting" visual filter for all resources and see if that stops the crashing

Graham and Jon,
Thanks for the replies. I have followed Bradley's suggestion about disabling "sympathetic highlighting" and that has fixed the crashing.
Below is the screen shot of what the right-click produces. As you will see, all of the information of Lemma, Greek, etc is not being populated. The hovering is still not working.
Any ideas?

That's good news

In the thread Bradley referenced above he suggested using the command "update resources". If you try that does it address the problem?
