Every time I right-click a work in the ESV = Logos crashes.
Logs attached:
2555.Logos.log
8358.LogosCrash.txt
A related problem to this crash = http://community.logos.com/forums/t/88823.aspx (I posted this earlier today)
I'm a little worried I may have to uninstall and re-install.
I restarted Logos and opened NASB95 = same result.
Right clicked on a word in NASB95 and Logos crashed.
NOTE: I right-clicked on a word in TWOT and it generated the menu correctly.

18687.LogosCrash.txt
The crash looks like it may be related to the "Sympathetic Highlighting" visual filter. I'm not sure why this is happening yet, but please try disabling that VF in all resources as a workaround.
Bradley,
Thank you! That worked. It has resolved the crashing (I'm thankful to use Logos today, "It's Friday, but Sunday is coming!)
Below is a screen shot to a related (?) issue. The "hovering" information in the ESV (and many other bible) is not working, and the right-click information panel is not populating all of the usual information (nor is the "info" window).
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Additional info: the right-click menu and info menu seem to populate correctly in the NA28.
So it appears that this is related to my English Bibles?
However upon further notice, it looks like the interlinear options are not available for my NA28?
This seems wonky to me.
Thanks for you help,
Ross
It's possible that your reverse interlinears are out-of-date or not installed properly; please run "update resources" in the command box.

The NA28 doesn't have an interlinear. (But morph information should still appear on the context menu.)
Thanks. I hit "update resources" (which I didn't know was a thing, I thought "update now" did all of that).
1.86 g of updates are coming through. I am surprised by that.
I wonder how my resources suddenly became archaic?
Nonetheless, I am hopeful the update will restore functionality. I will report back in a bit.
"update now" does a quick check (which works 99% of the time). "update resources" does a thorough check of all your resource files (which takes much longer, but can repair this kind of problem); it's not necessary to always run "update resources".
Ok. The resources are updated.
No change on the ESV or other English bibles. There is no Greek or Strongs or any other data behind the English text of the English bibles.
I clicked home page icon (top left) to see what had been updated and it crashes Logos.
Something is weird with my Logos right now. I haven't had these kind of problems before. I had an update hit Thurs morning early that was 290ish MB, the home page (at the time) did not have any mention of the update and since then, it has been acting weird.

It looks like you have a corrupt local DB; try deleting
/Users/RossMBP/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/daqmbgkj.1us/LocalUserPreferences/PreferencesManager.db
That fixed the home page crash. Thank you!
Did not effect the English Bibles.
Also, the home page had no report with regard to the updates. I don't know if that means anything or not, however, I usually see a report on the homepage re:what has been updated.
thanks,
Update:
I have run the update resources 3 more times. After the initial 1.86 g update download, the next three attempts have downloaded what appears to be the same 866.3 mb of updates.
No change to the English Bibles (ESV) functionality.
Thanks,

It sounds like something isn't installing properly. Posting copies of your logs from before and after these updates (the more copies, the better) may help us diagnose the issue.
Sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I am posting all of the logs I have before and after an attempt to run the update.
If I have over-shared logs or given up some critical information I shouldn't have, please advise.
Before:
1172.Logos.log
8306.LogosError.log
1362.LogosError-2.log
6562.Indexer.log
5001.LogosCrash.txt
After: (this is after updating the 866.3 "update resources"
1184.Logos.log
4237.LogosError.log
0028.LogosError-2.log
7357.Indexer.log

It would perhaps be easier for you to put the logs in a single zip file (in the future) from before, and in a second for after. Then there is less clicking required on your part to get them up on the forums.

The "after" logs show that all reverse interlinears were downloaded and discovered successfully. You're currently affected by a 5.3 Beta 1 bug that stops the Bible Facts resources being installed properly (see http://community.logos.com/forums/p/89055/626574.aspx#626574) but those are the only errors in the log.
I didn't see a Logos.log file from the session when you ran "update resources". If running that command still triggers a 866MB download, posting that Logos.log file may provide some useful info. Otherwise, everything looks normal in the logs.
