Resources

I think this goes with the discussion of bibliography but I'm not sure. Is there any such thing as the L3's "Resources and Collections" on L4. Or can we see the collection markers for each book, I don't see it. Thanks, this is my fun part of the day

Tim you probably don't know what a metabeta is? It seems that your questions will be answered on the other posts. Well, it does

No, but can you check and see that every title has been placed in a collection, that seems tedious, unless perhaps there was a way to check by a screen command.

Tim, I love your sense of humor - a share some of your frustration with:
a) errors in metadata ... at the very least I would think we could have publisher's metadata/Logos standardized metadat
b) puzzling quirks in the creation of collections ... is it my condition statement? the metadata? random chance? (okay, I think the last only in frustration)
c) no easy way to see what collections a resource is in [one can easily see what resources are in a collection]
d) no bibliographical report to scrutinize to determine how to best account for, hide, prioritize ....
I think that should basically cover it.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Tim,
I see three posts from you, are you perhaps creating a new post when you intend to do something else? Are you bored or are you talking with yourself? (Or has someone deleted posts in between your responses?)
As for collections, which I think is the foundation of your first post, please see a fairly good overview of how to make the best of collections at http://wiki.logos.com/Collections
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

And I assumed the mono-dialogue was intentional ... and enjoyed it accordingly. You think I was wrong?[:(]

You're probably right. It's 5am and I've been up for 3 hours. I'm in no condition to think. [;)]MJ. Smith said:And I assumed the mono-dialogue was intentional ... and enjoyed it accordingly. You think I was wrong?
Merry Christmas Martha!

Thanks guys, I was trying to work out my question, because I really try to read all your other material. But I guess what your saying is that you can't see where each resource is placed into a collection to see if you missed something. (I'll ck link, which I think I already did, but it will probably read new again
)
This has to be better then playing golf, Merry Christmas,
your friend,
tim
