Logos 4 crashing when copying and pasting maps to Notes

My configuration:
Early January 2009 MB Pro
Running Windows version Logos 4.0a downloaded first day it was available
RAM 8GB
VMware 3 with 2GB allocated RAM and plenty of harddrive space
Windows XP SP3
Problem: I have a layout with several windows, tabs, etc.... like any Joe doing Bible Study at the seminary level. When I create a note for a Bible passage, I open the maps and seek to copy in a map to the note by right clicking the map, clicking "copy," then pasting in the Note. At the time I do this, I get the "Windows has encountered an error and needs to close, sorry etc...."
Anyone else with this problem? Any fixes? I will seek to turn on logging next to get it reported.

Pat,
I didn't know you COULD paste a map into a note...hmmm...
I can't even get that far.
On a side note...I notice you mention you are running "VMware"...are you on a Mac?
If so....you'd get better help if you posted in the Mac forum section....

Well, with Logos 4 and the graphics intensive nature of it, I would figure that I could just paste a map graphic/image into a note, but this functionality has bugs. In Logos 3, I just linked to the map in the resource with the map, but this is absent in Logos 4.
These seem like straightforward functionality in Logos 4 and I am sure they will get it corrected. Frankly, I would rather place links, not images since having the image in two difference spots seems to be inefficient and fly in the face of the whole point of Logos's interface and functionality.

Dave, I have decided to wait till I can place a hyperlink in my Notes vs. copying an image into my notes. I was happy with the hyperlinking to any resource in L3 and would love to have it again in L4. I assume it is in the works, even if not mentioned in the "missing items" listing currently.
