I was going to recommend Mahaney's book as well. Was super helpful to me.

I've read Mahaney's book. Weird that its being produced in audio and not print.
If you're looking for something scholarly, there's The Mind of Christ: Humility and the Intellect in Early Christian Theology, but unfortunately it is currently only available as part of a larger collection. You could request that it get unbundled.

I might add some more journal articles to that entry, since a search in my library found more.
Logos has a deal with ChristianAudio to do a whole bunch of those, but not with the publisher of the print edition. They do have a relationship with Multnomah, the print publisher of that book, but each book has to be negotiated with the publisher separately and evidently they haven't done that one yet.
