Syncing problems

Dear brothers and sisters,

I hope you will be able to help me with this issue. I have to different chronological reading plans, one for OT and another one for NT. Both are synced with two Android devices, Nexus 7 2012 and Zopo 810HD. I have no problems to sync with the Zopo mobile, but the NT one is not synchronising with the Nexus 7. In the Nexus 7 I have Verbum installed and I can sync both reading plans without problems.

All devices are running the latest versions. In fact, today I uninstalled  and reinstalled the Bible app in the Nexus 7 and the issue persists.

Is there a way to forece syncing in the Nexus 7?

    Is the OT plan synching with the Nexus device?

    Sorry, this seems to contradict what you said in the last sentence. Please clarify

    Is there a way to forece syncing in the Nexus 7?

    Force crashing the app and restarting it - or simply going to the home page - should force a sync but I doubt if that is the issue here

    Thanks for replying Graham,

    In the Nexus 7 I have Bible and Verbum apps. With Verbum both plans are synced withot problems, but when using the Bible app, the NT is not synced. I hope now is clear.

    As I said, I reinstalled the Bible app (first I cleared the cache and uninstall the app) but the issue still exists.
