Mobile app Won't look up words when I Double Click

So when I am reading in the NA28 and I click on a word to get a gloss and a parsing, the app will "say looking up sarx" and after a few seconds will simply say "sarx". Has anyone else had this problem. I am connected to the internet and I have tried deleting the app and resetting it.

Are you running iOS 8?
If so I believe this is a known issue with the current stable release of the app. An updated version has been released to Apple but I don't know when it will ship from their queue
