Document not loading into iPhone
I created a document last week that would be great for studying when I am away from the house and only have my iPhone. I cannot seem to get it to sync though. The document shows up on everything BUT my iPhone. Is there a way to force my phone to see / load it?

What kind of document is it? Currently only note documents and reading plan documents are supported on the Android and iOS apps.

It is a NOTE document made IN Logos. I have re-booted a number of times, clicked on the Sync icon, etc. Nothing yet.

If you sign in with your Logos username to http://documents.logos.com is your Note document in the list?

are you checking for it in the documents menu in the app or looking for an icon in a resource?

Yes. "Private" rattan than "shared" (ala "faithlife"). If you see it on documents.logos.com, it should be available on mobile.
Is the note document particularly large? Anything unusual about it? Just text?
Have killed the app via the multitask bar, and/or have you performed a full shut down of the device?

Did you try searching for the Note by name using the search field at the top of the Note Document window?

This is very curious. There are a number of Notes that are NOT showing up on the mobile devices which have been created on my laptop.
I wish there was a way to solve this; so far = nothing has worked.

Please check http://documents.logos.com to see if your notes are available there - this will help narrow down the problem.

From the Help menu please tap on Send Support Info so we can take a look at your device logs and remember to Cc: kevin (dot) byford (at) faithlife (dot) com so I get it directly.

Okay, just to verify - do the notes in question appear on one of your mobile devices (iPad) but not the other (iPhone)?

If you are running the same version of the Logos app and the same Logos account on both your iPad and iPhone, it seems quite odd that Notes sync to one device but not the other. Have you tried completely shutting down your phone?
Also, does your phone device appear in the resource info panel on Logos Desktop?
