Android App files
Can we store the data files of the downloaded resources to an external SD Card so that some of the on board SD storage can be recovered. My Galaxy Tab 3 has 16GB on board, but I also have a 64GB external SDXC in use. But the Logos files can't be moved to it, or I have not been able to move them over.. I have been trying to keep all my data files on the SD Card to keep most of the 16GB free.

No - please see Gabe and Drew's responses in http://community.logos.com/forums/t/75257.aspx for more information.

I've used the DirectoryBind tool to accomplish exactly that:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/themes-apps/tool-directorybind-data-to-externalsd-t1410262
However, that's not fool proof at all, and you'd need to know the Android system well to get it working properly.

And, Logos doesn't support it (just to be clear).
