Windows vista resources missing

Since the beginning of my upgrade to Logos 4 Platinum, I haven't been able to use my library.

All the resources are missing. I have tried hard to get helps from the forums and Logos tech without success for almost a month! And my Logos program itself is not stable after two technicians tried to help me with remote controlling my computer. I need some help or I need refund. Please help!!!

Now I am left alone. Nobody seem to care about this problem. Only answer I get from Logos is, "Wait until we solve it" I ask an assistant to call me when they find the solution, she said, " you find out!" What can I do?

Did u have resources in L4 before you upgraded to Plat.?

I have not seen any of your previous posts. Can you describe your problem with a few more details? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling? You may have some corrupted resources.

I posted the problem long time ago and I got some helps from the forum but without sucess. They recommended that I should go to Logos, so I did. Logos people tried hard to help me but without success. Now I don't know where to go from here. Maybe reinstallation with DVD order...

I think you need to re-install from DVD to save a lot of downloading and it would be best if your computer friend could read this advice and give some assistance eg.

uninstall completely from Control Panel, both L4 and L4 Prerequisites
delete the Logos4 installation folder (the path is given in the above link)
insert the DVD and choose to install - do not run with admin privilege, but make sure your account is an Administrator account

Thanks. I think there is no other way but to reinstall with DVD.
