I would ensure full diagnostic logging is enabled as per https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem

Then restart your Mac, start up Logos again and - if the problem persists - upload logs using the paperclip icon to this thread.

Hopefully that will give some indication as to what is going on

I did as you recommended, and it has downloaded up to 21% (2.5 GB), then stopped downloading.

Activity Monitor now shows no network activity, but all other internet functions (internet, email) are working fine... Wifi connectivity has not been lost. Activity Monitor is showing activity while I am using the web, but Logos is no longer downloading.

I'm seeing a similar problem this morning. I am running OS X 10.9.5. I've never seen this before. Logos tries to download an update, stops at 40% or 50%, then starts over at 0%, goes part way, then starts over again. Could it be the Logos servers?

The indexer log shows everything going fine until at 20:01:10 all the download activity starts timing out and continues to do so

It is - potentially - interesting that this issue starts happening after the hour (it was fine up until 19:54 and then failed at 20:01

I am just wondering whether there is an issue - someone in the route between your computer and Logos servers - which appears at this particular time.

There is a current problem with posting to the forums - which isn't anything to do with the problem you are seeing here.

Hopefully someone with more expertise with these logs will be able to comment further.

Thanks for your response. I tried Logos on my Windows tablet. It was able to download the updates, though the downloading paused a few times. I tried power cycling my router. But I'm still on this weird download loop on my Mac. I'll need to leave it for a while and come back later. I'll welcome any ideas.

I'm still having the same problem. Tried a different network and still the same problem, stops downloading at around 22%.

Logos support declined to help given that it is beta software, but this is essentially the Gold Master clean installed, and one would expect there to be the same problem in the software released to the public later this month.

If anybody else has any suggestions, I would appreciate it...
