Can we expect the NA28 Apparatus to be released anytime soon? Before the end of the year? ...Please!

[Edit: Thing is, the Fortress Press Studies in Mark was pulled months ago, just hours before launch and it is still just "Under Contract". Nothing has ever been said about it by Logos. That is very frustrating, as I was really keen to get these resources in Logos for my academic research project.]

I just downloaded the NA28 apparatus, but my NA28 was not updated with the corrosponding sigla. Is that coming for individuals who already owned the NA28?
It is supposed to be come. It may take a little while.
I noticed my NA27 doesn't have the sigla, either, at least in the mobile edition.I don't think any of the mobile GNTs (UBS, NA, SBL) have in-text links to the apparatuses.[:S]At least one can sync the panels.
I wish they could incorporate the sigla links into the mobile versions.
I have sigla on my NA27 on my iPhone. Are you using the correct NA27? I know I have a few.

Nope. Got the apparatus but the bible itself isn't updated with the apparatus symbols. I assume this is on the way.

Same problem, the NA28 text is not linked to the apparatus. I checked very carefully with sales before I ordered just the apparatus and was told the text would be updated to link through to the apparatus. If this is not the case I need my order changed...
Indexing finished. I've opened NA28. (I did not open Apparatus separately.) Sigla are in place. Hovering over siglum brings up popup window with details.

It states that:
"The existing NA28 in base packages will be updated to include apparatus markers. Already have the text and want the apparatus? The NA28 apparatus is available on Pre-Pub!"
It is probably relevant that if you just brought the apparatus the product is not greyed out, presumably because they have not given us the updated text.
Poor old Logos never seems to get things right, which is disappointing for a premium product.
John you might want to start a new thread for this problem. It seems those like you and I who already had NA28 and just did the apparatus purchase didn't get the updated NA28. They probably know about this put it wouldn't hurt to make sure.

I am one of those people as well.
I also have not gotten an updated NA28.
I already has the NA28, but the apparatus did not download, so I called Logos customer service and they added it to my account and it is downloading now.

There is some manual work that is currently in process and will be completed shortly--likely by the end of this evening. Sorry for the slight delay.

If you haven't received yours yet, you might want want to try entering the command "Update now." Hopefully it will be available rather soon.

Maybe CS can sort this out for you, if it didn't work (I know at one time it did work for me and put the apparatus into the shopping cart, but I didn't buy).
