I'm not a Mac user but have seen issues reported about footnotes not being copied across due to an update to Pages but I don't believe I have seen issues regarding CBV not working.
I see that you raised this issue before - at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/83770.aspx - and there a number of Mac users seem to be reporting that it is working.
Please - either in this thread or in your earlier one - provide clear step-by-step details of what you are doing, what you expect to happen and what is happening.
Also give details of versions of Logos, Mac OS, Pages and Word software

- Microsoft Word for Mac 2011, Version 14.4.5 (work as it is supposed to do)
- Pages, Version 5.5 (Content/Format correct, however there is no citation)
- With MS Word for Mac 2011 Ver 14.4.5 Opened first, "Copy Bible Verse" Tool actually works as advertised
- With Pages 5.5 the "Copy Bible Verse" Tool does not work; BUT, Pages 5.5 was only available yesterday with OS X 10.10 ...
- With TextEdit ... it does not work too; maybe Logos could remove it from the selection list this is really not a word processor.
- Open ESV
- Open Copy Bible Verse Tool (setting -> Fully formatted ... ESV ... MS Word)
- Open a Blank Word Document or an existing document
- In the Ref Box of Copy Bible Verse Tool, I entered Matt 1-5 ... for (5 chapters)
- Click on Copy and Paste
- Open ESV
- Open Copy Bible Verse Tool (setting -> Fully formatted ... ESV ... MS Word)

Darren,
I can appreciate your frustration :-(
Following Graham's reply ... Since I am a Mac user, I am simply helping to validate the issue you are facing. I am able to do a simple Copy and Paste using the CMD+C followed by CMD+V method; I copied a passage from ESV and pasted it on:
I am running OS X 10.10 and Logos for Mac 5.2b SR5. Let me know if you need other information for comparison to nail down the issue.

Please provide a screen shot of your program settings as there are setting to control the copying of footnotes etc.

Have you tried the CMD-C/V method that LimJK mentioned above? If so, did that work for you?
Daren,
I have done some experiment following what I see in your Screen Shot using the "Copy Bible Verse" Tool from Logos. The following is what I can confirm:
Suggest you consider using the popular CMD+C and CMD+V pair for Copy and Paste, unless you need special formatting requirement.
All the best.

I have tried this and cannot reproduce the problem. Though I don't use MS Word.
Apps used were Logos 5.2b SR5; Pages 4.3; MindNode 1.10.6.

i often and mainly copy a passage not just a verse so thats why i want to use what logos supply the copy and paste tab which is the problem and has been for a long time with other mac users as well as its seems , thank you for help , the problem is copying and pasting from copy and paste tab mostly ,
does logos nave a contact address for getting them to fix stuff
Contact details are at https://www.logos.com/contact - I would suggest you contact Customer Service
But they will need details to try and track this down - as others have posted in this thread it does seem to be working (most of the time)
when studying or doing a message i want to paste a passage not just a verse
As above I would expect Cmd-C/V to do this
that does not work in neally all , windows, pages , libre office , and others
As others have pointed out in this thread it seems to work fine in their context.
Can you provide a clearly laid out example (with screenshots) where this doesn't work for you so someone running a Mac can check?
Or can you try the examples others have given above which work in their context and see if they work for you?
Darren,
What version of MS Word for Mac 2011 are you using. I mentioned that mine is 14.4.5. Hoping to be useful to you as we have similar environment and therefore trying to help validate ... so that you can find more Mac users with the same problem ... as a stronger case to raise to Logos.
PS: How much memory do you have? from your screenshots you seem to have quite a few things running. Might want to (a) restart your Mac (b) with only Logos and MS Word to see if it makes any differences.
I understand your frustration, just trying to help :-)

I am using Yosemite, Word 2011 for Mac and Logos 5.2b-sr5. In the "Copy Bible Verses" tab, the "copy and paste" command will only work for the first export to Word. If you use the "copy" command and then go to the Word document and paste using "command-v" everything works as it should every time. This is strange behavior indeed.
Darren,
See my screen shot below. What I did
PS: To update MS Word for Mac 2011, click "Help" in Menu bar, select Check update in the drop down. Sorry, do not know how else to help. Good night.

Thanks for posting your settings - it shows that copy footnotes is set to NO. Correcting that will solve one part of your problem.

Lim, I know it works for the first export in aWord document. Try the same procedure a second time in the same document. For me it doesn't work. Perhaps mine is an unique case. Check and see. Thanks

Jonathan, does that mean you got the same result as I did?
yes.
they said they are aware of the problem and are waiting for the developers to do something , but they dont know when ,This has been fixed in 6.0a SR-1.
Nice! Thank you!
Logos just updated, and "copy Bible verses" still doesn't work. I'm using Yosemite OS and Logos 6 Gold. If I have Pages open and Logos- load some verses in Copy Bible verse panel, mouse and click on "Copy and Paste" (using ESV to Pages) nothing happens?? Frustrating. I can copy and go to Pages and paste-- that works, but the slow way. Help
