Biblical Places Causes Crash

In PG for Matthew 4, opened Biblical Places which opened the Deluxe Map Set to Zebulon and received a message that Logos had encountered a problem and needed to close.
Enabled logging as per Wiki instructions.
Opened Biblical Places from the Tools Menu which opened with Zebulon in search box. Received the same message as previously.
The folder "Logos Log Files" is not present anywhere in XP. Did sending an error report to Microsoft have any value?
Running XP Pro under Parallels 5.

Jack, did you use the Ctl start up option or click on the enable script?

I used the enable script and received the message that logging was now enabled. However, I searched the C drive for "Logos Log Files", for "Logos Log", and for "Log". I never found the folder. I searched for hidden files. Did I leave anything out?

Not that I can see, I just wanted to make sure you had tried the script, since I never was able to use Ctrl method.

It should appear in \My Documents. Try starting L4 with Ctrl key pressed and see if this creates a log ---> look for file logos4.log

Still no log file. Could this be a function of running Windows under Parallels?

Ran L4 on XP under Fusion 2.0.6. The log file was created normally, and I could not make Bible Places crash. It appears that both the crash and the failure of logging are somehow related to Parallels 5. I'll have to learn more about Parallels before I can troubleshoot this one.
