iPhone crash when highlighting or swiping
is it just me or does the app now crash when you try to highlight something or hold your finger down on a word!?!? Swipe to highlight set to on or off, it still crashes.
its so frustrating that I can't even use the most basic features now without a crash!!

What version of iOS are you running?

Fully up to date iPhone 6 with fully up to date logos.

Does that mean you are using iOS 8.1 which just released?

Oh, I didn't know there was an 8.1. I just ran software update and found there is an 8.1, I'll update to it now and see if the problem still persists.
Update: I've switched across to 8.1, and the same behaviour exists. Simply holding down your finger on a word causes a crash.

Thanks, I did try a restart of the pone. The inability to highlight anything is in any resource, doesn't matter how many you download or if its not downloaded.

Is the sync wheel continuing to spin? How long has this app been installed on your device (i.e. has it recently been reinstalled? Has it been on the phone for 2 years?) If you look in the iOS "settings" app (gear wheel icon), can you see how large the Logos app is taking up on your device? How much free space is there?

I don't know how highlighting is related to sync, but the logs do indicate sync problems. The logs indicate sync url's are failing. The URL's return the following:

Those URL's are not openly accessible to everyone which is why they "cannot be found"... if they worked it would be a huge security issue for us.!
We're taking a look at your logs now...

Jacob,
Are you using any of the Accessibility Settings related to zooming or changing colors? If not, would you be willing to turn them on and see if the behavior is any different?

On setup of my iPhone 6 plus I selected the smaller text option, which appears to have resulted in the "Accessibility" "Larger text" section to now show that the smallest text option has been selected. Happy to temporarily change something if needed.
I tried enabling "Larger text" and increasing the text size. Doesn't help.
I tried "invert colors" and that also doesn't help.

Uhh...
You are aware that highlights do sync, right? [:P]
(A number of crashes are related to syncing not having finished properly.)
FYI - When you have troubles, it is best to create a thread and provide as much relevant details as possible. For example: We didn't know until your last post that you are working from an iPhone 6+. That could be useful information... The line of questions Kevin just asked may indicate such.0 -

Okay, thanks for checking... this is a strange one. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
