moving logos 4 to new computer

i already have  logos 4 and the dvd on my computer but want to put on a new computer doeas anyone know the best way do i transfer the location folder of the resource to the new computer then install the dvd , i would be gratefull for any help , i thought maybe transfering the resource folder and how to do it may be better than going through the long down load any one help please

    One of the things that I found immensely helpful is David Hooton's idea
    of installing L4 on multiple computers at

    He gives you several options, so read carefully. It works great here!!

    Yes, there is a lot of helpful info on that subject on both, wiki and forum. I would recommend the "safest" way, that is to install the Logos 4, than to do scan the backuped Resources folder by the command scan {path to your backup resources folder} and restart of Logos. When it "prepares the library" it actually copies the resources to your new Logos 4. Of course you will have to do indexing than.
