Note editor disappears on iPad

When I start writing or editing a note in portrait position on the iPad and then rotate the iPad to landscape position while the note editor is still open, the editor disappears and none of the changes that I have made are saved.

Has anyone else experienced this?

    Hi Andrew - and welcome to the forums

    I've just tried this and the note editor stays open and I didn't lose anything.

    Some questions:

    • Which app and which version are you using?
    • What version of iOS?
    • Which model iPad

    I'm using:

    • Logos Bible App Version 4.3.7 (4.3.72472)
    • iOS Version 8.1 (12B410)
    • iPad Model ME392LL/A

    iOS Version 8.1 (12B410)

    There have been some issues with the Logos app on iOS 8.1. I am running 8.0

    4.3.7 fixes a crashing problem but I wonder if there are still some others issues around.

    iPad Model ME392LL/A

    I believe that is an iPad 2 (whereas I was testing on an iPad Air)

    Need someone from the development team to comment on this

    Or is there anyone on the forums with a similar setup who can check if they can reproduce the problem?
