I am completely satisfied with what I have in Logos 5. I would of course like to continue to buy books. Question: How long can I expect to use L5 and receive support? I need an honest answer to that question. Thanks.

Is there any reason you would not install the free Logos 6 engine when it becomes available in February? You'd be up-to-date if you did.
This last year support for Logos 4 ended... Logos 4 can still handle the majority of new releases. I would expect Logos 5 to be maintained minimally for another year or so. This is just speculation.. as said a Faithlife person is only person who will knows for sure.

At some point we'll stop issuing fixes and updates, but that won't be until long after we're offering the Logos 6 engine as a free download.
And even then it should run indefinitely until you upgrade your operating system to some future version (Windows 12?) that it's incompatible with. But of course you can keep using our free engine updates (which follow paid upgrades a few months later) to keep running.
Many users still use our platform but haven't paid for an upgrade in many years. (Thankfully, not all -- buying upgrades keeps us writing new code and creating new content! And we appreciate it. :-) )
