My plans no longer give the options to "mark as read", is this feature not in L6?
This is working for me. Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Well, previously, it would show up in the text; using your example, I would click "done/mark as read" at the end of Leviticus 23, not back on the plan.

That is still available as well
Have you checked the appropriate reading plan is enabled in visual filters?

I am seeing the same problem. Emailed support and they directed me to this thread. I've checked everything in this thread but still have the problem.
Are you seeing this in Logos 6 or on one of the mobile apps?
Same here. "Mark as Read" used to appear inline in the resource I was reading to mark the end of a section. It has stopped doing that in Logos 6. I am running OS X 10.10 (6.0a SR-5). Anybody else gotten this to work?

Yes - I have checked the visual filter. What is strange is if I close the resource and then re-open it, the "Mark as Read" bar appears, but above the "Start Reading" section! See below:
