The company is Faithlife. The software product is Logos, or its variants, Verbum, Noet, etc.
Here's the announcement about the new name for the company and why they're doing it. Logos is still their flagship product and will remain so. They're just acknowledging by the name change that they have lots of other brands now under one umbrella, and it no longer made sense to call the umbrella Logos which is the name of one product.

Noet Brand seems slightly odd one out since it technically is pretty much secular. But that is just me playing devils advocate. Faithlife is a most suitable name all in all.

I think the Faithlife interconnected stuff is great. I just wish I could get the people I serve to use such a great tool.
