Did you try typing rebuild index in the reference box on the home page
This answer is being suggested very frequently of late. I wonder if Faithlife could add a pinned answer at the top of the forum.

I did. I tried several times and even the whole night it didn't sync.I don't know if this app has stopped working well with ipad 2?
