I just came across this thread, and decided to try the search term "open dss to 4Q381 Frag. 69" in the command box, however, no hits. I also have the DSS A New Translation. The same results as Francis listed occur using the search term that you suggested.
I just noticed that the Study Edition is listed (which I don't have). May be a different issue. Sorry.
