Lost CD / DVD

Hello,
Can anyone tell me what the procedure is to get replacement installation media? I recently moved and lost my DVD package for installing Logos for Mac. I also got a new Mac, and would like to move the software from my old Mac to this one. It was bought for me as a gift too, so I don't have the usual email confirmations that most software purchases come with....so basically I lost the registration code and media =(
Any advice? I am praying that I can find the installation discs soon....
Thanks,
John

Hi John, so if I read this right, you had a set a disks that you never installed and never registered and that you did not buy and want to know how you can get a replacement. Correct? Do you knkow what Base package it was? Personally, I would ask the person who bought it if they can provide some sort of proof of purchase and then call Logos Customer Support.

John,
if you are a registered user of Logos, and you must be because of your prior install...just call Logos and tell them you need a new disk.

Johnie,
you have to purchase a package or resources from Logos.
Call them

You can copy Logos off of your old Mac to your new one. Get the files:
/Applications/Libronix DLS.app
/Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/
~Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/
Copy those to the corresponding locations on your new Mac and you should be fine.
Another option is to simply call Logos. Before you do, fire up Logos on your old Mac and go to the About Libronix DLS window, this will give you your customer id and confirmation code. Have these handy when you call Logos.

Johnie,
If the software is used, (as I assume it it is since it is from a garage sale,) Logos already has it registered to someone else. That person must contact Logos and transfer the license to you. There is a $20 fee for this transfer.
The software will not work until this is done. Even if you have a serial number, it will not work until Logos has it registered to you.
You will need help from whoever you bought the software.

What message are you getting when you try to register online?
Longtime Logos user (more than $30,000 in purchases) - now a second class user because I won't pay them more every month or year.

Thanks. I talked to my Dad who bought it for me earlier this year. He told me that I should be able to download it (although looks like Mac installers are not available so I will call tomorrow).
I fired up the old Mac and got my registration number and account ID ready to go :-). Also, thanks for the tips about moving the app (one great part of OSX).
I might pay for the upgrade from 3 to 4 too. I really LOVED the Mac version - it was so stable. I am wondering if they added support for sermons yet
. A lot of the plug-ins were not developed for Mac in early 2009.
Anyway, keep up the awesome work on this product. Thanks to the community for pointing me in the right direction. Can't wait to get back to studying
