If I am not mistaken, red scroll bars means that you are over your allotment of scrolling for the month.
Just to confirm, this is a new bug in 6.0a (not present in 6.0)?
I haven't see it before, but I only used the tool a few times in 6.0.
I am seeing this too, in 6.0a Beta 1 on Windows 7. I never tried the Groups tool in 6.0.

I can confirm that I did not see this red bar in 6.0 but see it now in 6.0a. I'm also on Windows 7 (64bit).
