Generating Reading Plans on Chapters doesn't seem to quite work

Using 6.0a beta 1 on Windows 8.1

While looking at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/94192/657737.aspx#657737 I found that generating reading plans doesn't quite seem to fall on chapter boundaries

An example below:

Am I missing something or is there a bug here?
