Help file: Community tags as a library filter

If I understand it correctly, I can use Community Tags as a library filter by using this syntax:

tag:perseus

That's great. However, that specific field is not mentioned in the help file under "Library Filter Fields". Perhaps it should be. Initially not being very familiar with those filters, I sort of had to look for a while before I could figure out how to limit based on Community Tags. Perhaps there are other ways of doing it, but the fact that the syntax listed above works could possibly deserves a quick mention in the help file.

I am not aware of the ability to sort your library on 'community tags'. You can sort by 'My Tags'. These are tags you have created and labeled a resource with. The proper syntax for that is mytag:tag name (e,g, mytag:perseus)

the OP is right, you can use community tags as he described (and the community users really tagged all Perseus resources with a tag 'Perseus' - even though it's unnecessary since this information is contained elsewhere in the library fields - but maybe the right way to go for those who give at least one tag to differentiate new = untagged resources).

I think you will find that is the same as mytag:perseus

Try communitytag:perseus if you have Show Community Tags = YES in Program Settings.

It is not.

tag:commentary gives me 1372 results, none of which has a commentary mytag (I don't normally tag commentaries).
tag:catholic -mytag:cath gives me 56 results, some of which I haven't yet had time to tag, or don't want to give that tag, but many not Catholic at all.

I guess this shows the problem with community tags. Lots of people obviously believe that the Oxford Movement and the Revised Common Lectionary are Catholic. Or they know they're not, but want them in their Catholic collection anyway. And lots of people tag ANE books as Catholic just because they're from PBI, while I don't want such books in my Catholic collection, which is for theology and spirituality.
